Expendale thermocouple tips

It is usually connected with display meter,recording meter and computer,etc.to directly measure temperature of liquid meteal ranging from 0°c-1800°c during various steel or iron process.It has advantage of high accuracy,rapid reaction,reliability and stability.

Accroding the different thermocouple wire tolerance,It have two type are common thermocouple wire(P) and exact thermocouple wire(J).

Technical Data and Specification

The thermocouple is implemented by YB/T 163-2008 standard.

The temerature scale is according to IEC60584-1-1977 and calibration according to IEC 60584-2 tolerance.

Thermocouple accuracy at : (0…+5)°C melting point Pd (1555°C) By request, accuracy of thermocouple cap can be -5…0°CMax. Immersion time at 1650°C : 7 seconds.Measuring time : 3 to 6 seconds.
